PokerCanyon FAQ

Straight answers about the PokerCanyon closed beta, member-lobby access, trust posture, and where to get help.

What is PokerCanyon?

PokerCanyon is PokerWorks' social-poker surface for ring games, sit-and-gos, and tournaments. The current launch posture is a closed beta focused on a stable member lobby, reliable auth, and operator-managed inventory.

Do chips have real-world cash value?

No. PokerCanyon is a social-poker product. Virtual chips are part of product access, progression, and game participation; they are not redeemable for cash.

Why do sign-in flows ask for privacy acknowledgement?

PokerCanyon requires explicit acknowledgement before it collects account and gameplay data needed to authenticate you, operate the lobby, and run games. The current wording is shown directly in the sign-in and sign-up flow, and the details are documented on the Privacy page.

How does PokerCanyon talk about fairness?

We keep the claim narrow. PokerCanyon follows the shared PokerWorks fairness posture for in-scope serious shuffled gameplay, and we do not market the product as a public commitment/reveal or "provably fair" system. The public summary lives on the Fairness page.

How do I get support?

Email support@pokercanyon.com with your account email, the issue you hit, and any table or tournament context you already know. For the current beta, that is the primary support path.
