Refund Policy

PokerCanyon is operated by PokerWorks Ltd. PokerCanyon gameplay uses virtual chips only. Virtual chips have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and do not represent a deposit, stake, stored value, prize, or payout right.

Paid virtual-chip packages

If PokerCanyon offers paid virtual-chip packages or other paid social-poker features, the checkout page will show the price and purchase details before you pay. Purchases are for entertainment features inside PokerCanyon and do not create real-money gambling or cash redemption rights.

When refunds are available

Contact support if you were charged incorrectly, did not receive a purchased virtual-chip package, believe a payment was unauthorized, or need help with a duplicate or failed checkout. We review refund requests case by case.

When refunds are not automatic

Refunds are not automatic for virtual chips or paid features that were delivered and used as intended. Beta economy balancing, table results, tournament outcomes, or normal gameplay losses do not turn virtual chips into refundable cash value.

How to request a review

Email support@pokercanyon.com with the account email, approximate payment time, transaction reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue. If a refund is approved, the payment provider processes it back to the original payment method where supported.
