These Terms govern your use of PokerCanyon, a social poker product operated by PokerWorks Ltd on the shared PokerWorks platform. By using PokerCanyon, you agree to these Terms and the shared PokerWorks platform terms linked below.

Social poker only

PokerCanyon uses virtual chips and social-poker gameplay. Virtual chips have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and do not represent a deposit, stake, stored value, prize, or payout right.

Accounts, fair play, and conduct

You are responsible for your account activity and must not abuse the service, automate play, exploit defects, interfere with game integrity, harass other players, or use offensive profile, table, or chat content. We may restrict or remove access where needed to protect players, security, or product integrity.

Virtual chips and paid features

PokerCanyon may offer paid virtual-chip packages or other paid social-poker features. Purchases do not create real-money wagering, cash-out rights, or redeemable value. Any paid feature is subject to the checkout terms shown at purchase and the PokerCanyon Refund Policy.

Beta availability and changes

PokerCanyon is in beta. Features, tournaments, leaderboards, virtual-chip economy settings, and availability may change as we improve the service. We may pause, reset, or rebalance beta game state when needed for security, integrity, launch operations, or defect correction.
