PokerCanyon runs on the shared PokerWorks account and service platform operated by PokerWorks Ltd. This page explains the brand-specific beta privacy posture and links to the canonical shared PokerWorks privacy policy.

We collect account, profile, gameplay, lobby, tournament, virtual-chip ledger, payment-support, device, log, security, and support information needed to operate PokerCanyon and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information for sign-in, player identity, lobby access, gameplay, leaderboards, purchases, support, safety, fraud prevention, security, analytics, service reliability, and launch operations.
Current consent artifact
The current in-product consent artifact is Privacy & Data Consent v2026-03-08-beta with policy version 2026-03-08-beta.
Required and optional consent scopes
- required consent covers the `dataProcessing` and `gameplayAnalytics` flags
- optional non-transactional PokerCanyon emails are handled separately from required operational consent
- versioned consent capture is part of the sign-in and gameplay entry flows that collect account or gameplay data during the beta
